Lowlands Trade Services is spreading it’s wings and adds the US to our North American work area. We have been working with Canadian companies for the past 4 years and now it’s time to widen our horizon. Lowlands Trade has offices in Canada, the Netherlands and the UK and we support companies in introducing their (food) products in foreign markets.

Lowlands Trade Services will be visiting the SEG19 in Brussels, Belgium this week. The Seafood Expo Global/Seafood Processing Global is the world’s largest seafood trade exposition.
The exposition features more than 1,900 exhibiting companies from 78 countries. Exhibitors supply nearly every type of fish, seafood, and seafood-related product or service.

World of Private Label, Amsterdam May 21 & 22.
Lowlands Trade Services will also be at the PLMA on May 21 and 22. For more than thirty years, PLMA’s annual “World of Private Label” International Trade Show has brought retailers together with manufacturers to help them find new products, make new contacts, and discover new ideas that will help their private label programs succeed and grow.

Lowlands Trade Services visited Biofach in February. It was great to see some of our clients again and we have also met some new Canadian companies with beautiful products. We are in the process now of checking the new products in relation to the Dutch markets.

One of our Canadian partners visited us in Holland last month. We have visited some Dutch seafood companies, supermarket chains and wholesalers. A visit to one of the old fishing towns had to be part of the program!

From February 13-16 Lowlands Trade Services will visit Biofach, one of the most important trade shows for organically produced food. In 2018 Biofach had 3,218 exhibitors and over 50,000 visitors from 134 countries. We will visit some clients from Canada and hope to find interesting new products suitable for the Dutch market.
