Phase 1

Market Research

We start with market research based on your product category and identify the market potential for selected products. We look at comparable products, competitor pricing and sales locations. The next stage involves store-checks (supermarkets, wholesale suppliers and “out of home” suppliers). Finally, conclusions and recommendations are presented and, when the outcome is favourable, we move to Phase 2.

Phase 2

Route to Market

The Route to Market phase begins with additional information processing, both on the commercial and operational side. Following the presentation of both a Sales & Marketing plan and Operational & Logistic action plan, we will begin selecting and contacting potential customers. This entire process will be executed in close cooperation with your team. Activities will be reported and discussed on a monthly basis.

Phase 3

Development & Support

Once export and sales have commenced, we will act as your local point of contact. This will greatly improve service levels and prevent issues created by time zone differences and possible language issues. We maintain contact and services with existing customers while developing new business. We can of course work with your team to tailor these processes to your specific needs as required.
